Terms & Conditions
Check in times 4-8pm only. NO late check ins. You will forfeit your stay and booking fees. Upon check-in you will receive gate info so you may come and go freely.
1 car per site $5 extra car fee per day.
Notice given upon check in if fire ban in effect.
Tent Camping Checkout Time is 12 pm
Glamping Checkout Time is 11 am
Late checkout fee if not checked out by 11 am is $25 for Glamping stays only.
ZERO pets allowed.
NO children under 12y/o (we are a ranch and this is for safety reasons)
Do not collect firewood around property.
Please keep all provided linens and blankets inside the stay.
No washing dishes at the stays, please use DISH SINK near the main showers.
Please turn all LED lights, lights and heaters OFF when leaving for the day or upon checking out.
No smoking or cooking inside glamping stays if found a $500 fee will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
GLAMPING STAYS that cancel 7 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund. Cancellation less than 7 days to arrival receive NO refunds.
TENT CAMPING that cancels 48 hours prior to arrival date will receive full refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours to arrival date will receive no refunds.
